If you have a discrepancy with your online order please email us here: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are unsatisfied with your order please return the item to us within 7 days of purchase and after inspection you will receive a credit for the balance. Shipping charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable unless we have made an error on our end.

We package all of our items very carefully and insure all shipments. Items that you receive damaged must be reported within 24 hours so that we can file a claim with the proper information to the shipping company. Please include photos of damaged box and damaged items. Please follow this link to report such an issue: Damaged
Any items reported damaged after 24 hours of receipt are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We suggest insuring all return shipments to avoid any possible damaged-in-transit losses. Please re-use original packing materials if possible.
